Digital downloads are supplied immediately. Once the content has been accessed or downloaded the sale is final, because the statutory 14-day cooling-off right for digital content ends when supply begins with your agreement. Defective or undelivered products are the exception: contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and the problem is put right or refunded.
The Fee Confidence Audit is delivered immediately on purchase and is not refundable. Your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
