Forms, email, and the booking calendar are processed by GoHighLevel. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with DNS managed by Cloudflare. Its typefaces are served from the site itself, so no font service or other third party is contacted when a page loads.

Personal data is kept for no longer than the law requires or the purpose needs. Enquiries, contact-form messages, booking details and pre-call answers are deleted once the matter is closed, and no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless an engagement follows. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe, after which only a suppression record is held so that the opt-out is honoured. Records of paid engagements, including invoices and the correspondence needed to support them, are kept for six years after the end of the financial year in which the engagement ended, as UK tax and company law requires, and then deleted.
